WARM MINIMALISM

The tenant liked the layout of the property but found the living room plain and difficult to make feel like home, particularly because the existing carpet had to remain in place. With no option to change the flooring, the design focused on working around that limitation rather than against it. A warm minimalist scheme was developed using soft neutral tones, natural textures, greenery and a subtle limewash-inspired finish to create a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere. The furniture, styling and layout were selected to bring warmth, balance and personality to the room while respecting the restrictions of a rented property.
